Staying with Stayease: what to expect from check-in to check-out
Booking a Stayease home for the first time? Check-in details, estate access, what is in the apartment, help during your stay and check-out, step by step.
Booking a stay with us for the first time? Here’s what happens from the moment you book to the moment you leave.
Before you arrive
- Booking confirmation. Your booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com or Trip.com) confirms straight away. We follow up with a welcome message.
- Check-in details. A day or two before arrival you’ll receive the address, directions, parking, access instructions and the Wi-Fi details.
- Estate and complex access. Many of our homes are in secure complexes. We’ll explain the gate process in advance so you’re not stuck at the boom.
Check-in
Check-in is usually from 2pm or 3pm, depending on the home. Self check-in means you don’t have to wait for anyone. If you’re arriving very early or very late, message us and we’ll do our best to help.
During your stay
Every Stayease home is cleaned to hotel standard with fresh linen and towels, and stocked with the basics: toiletries, coffee and tea, and cleaning supplies. Kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook.
Something not right? Message us any time. We have a local team on the ground and we’d much rather fix it during your stay than read about it in a review.
Check-out
Check-out is usually 10am. No chores beyond the basics: leave the keys where you found them, take your rubbish out and let us know you’ve left. If you’d like a later check-out, ask us the day before. If no one is arriving that day, we can often say yes.
Staying longer?
We host plenty of guests for weeks or months, from project teams to families relocating. For longer stays, contact us directly.
